• Your Song LLC retains full copyright to:

• All custom song compositions

• All vocal and instrumental recordings

• All photo story and video montages

• All editing and creative work

2. License You Receive

You get a personal use license. You may:

• Share on social media

• Play at events

• Save for personal enjoyment

• Send as a gift

You may not:

• Claim authorship

• Use the work for advertising or business

• Resell or distribute commercially

• Modify and re release the song as your own

• Commercial licensing is available for an additional fee by request.

3. Marketing Use

You give permission for Your Song LLC to feature your final audio or video in:

• Website galleries

• Social media

• Marketing promos

• Advertisements
