REFUND POLICY

Since every product is custom created, all sales are final.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Creative preference
• Incorrect information or media uploaded by the customer
• Low quality photos, videos, or audio provided by the customer
• Delayed delivery resulting from incomplete or late submissions from the customer
• Orders where work has already started
• Delivered digital files
• Rush fees

If we fail to deliver the product entirely and no work has been started, a refund may be offered at our discretion.
